Stephan Ferneding, Chief Executive Officer

Stephan Ferneding studied law at the University of Goettingen and University of Wuerzburg. After internships at Benedicta and Associates, Jakarta, Indoinesia and Montano & Co, Port of Spain, Trinidad, he joind Nanofilm in 1992.

As the CEO of Accurionhe is responsible for all business-related affairs.

Marcus Liemen, Chief Operating Officer

Marcus Liemen finished his studies in Business Administration at the Berufsakademie Goettingen in 2003.
From 2003 till 2006 he was in charge of all financial-related affairs as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2007 he is the Chief Operating Officer. Since July 2008 he is responsible as managing director for all internal organisational affairs as well as all financial matters.

Dr. Dirk Hoenig, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Dirk Hoenig worked for 5 years with Prof. Dietmar Moebius´ group at the Max-Planck-Institut for Biophysical Chemistry in Goettingen. In 1991 he developed the first commercial Brewster Angle Microscopy in conjunction with his masters degree thesis. Subsequently he received a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Goettingen in 1994. He is responsible for all research and development activities at Accurion.
