The Reflection Spectrometer
With the RefSPEC the reflection of light R from an air-water interface (range: UV/VIS) can be detected. This spectrum covers applications from proteins to dye-containing monolayers. In addition to the spectral detection of the reflection (R over wavelength), time-based measurements (R over time) are also easily performed
The software
The Nanofilm reflection spectrometer is completely PC controlled.The RefSPEC² software has an interface with trough software by NIMA. For the RefSPEC application, the NIMA software is internally managed by Nanofilm software.Typical samples
